We know you are going to love your order, but if for some reason you need to make a return or exchange, our policy is outlined below. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!

All returns/exchanges must be received back within 10 days of receiving order. Return/exchange items must be unworn, free of any signs of wash/wear, free of perfume and smoke with all applicable tags attached & original packaging.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING
Our inventory is changing daily so if we do not have your item in stock in a different size we will only offer STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS. We will not hold inventory!
Our store credit does not expire
STORE CREDIT WILL BE THE FULL AMOUNT MINUS SHIPPING COST

Pre-orders are FINAL SALE
All hats, jewelry, bandeau tops, bralettes, beanies, swimwear, any type of undergarment are a FINAL SALE
All HOLIDAY items are a FINAL SALE
Footwear is ONLY available for store credit (not money back) minus original shipping cost
No Returns on pre-order items
Gift cards and items won in a giveaway are not eligible for return/exchange

NOTE: If we receive an item that does not fall in our return policy guidelines, you will be contacted and have to pay to have it returned to you - NO EXCEPTIONS
SHIPPING
All U.S. orders ship free typically same or next business day (excluding pre-orders) with the exception of holidays and when we are doing vendor events.
We let our followers know when we do vendor evets on social media so please follow us on Facebook to stay up-to-date.
International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order.
When ordering for a holiday or special event, please keep in mind potential postal delays during high-volume times such as holidays.
